About myself

I am passionate about coaching because in all the sessions I see „miracles” happening. My Clients call them memorable Aha-moments.

If somebody decides to accelerate his/her life with the support of an external help, coaching can be an outstanding experience.

I have been helping my Clients since 2009 as a private and business coach. I got certified by the British Coaching company „Results Coaching”. Through them I have learned how to work in a goal-oriented way and at the same time having an enjoyable time. I am member of the Hungarian Institute of Coaching-Psychology since its origins. It might be the best if you read the testimonies written by my Clients. They will show you what you can expect if you decide to work on your goals with my assistance. Since 2000 I have been running soft skill/communication trainings. I am one of the co-founders of the international training company Results Training. My two main specialities are negotiation skills and leadership skill development but I am passionate about other areas as well such as presentation skills, conflict management, working efficiently in teams amongst others. I have been running workshops in 24 countries and it has been helping me a lot that I am communicating in 6 languages. I could meet and work with a lot of different people during my training and coaching work. I have been collecting great memories in Nigeria, Angola, Kazakhstan, Cheng-Du/China even though it is hard to highlight some of them since all the trips had something special them. Every journey has its own entity. These experiences enrich my work as a coach. I am passionate about coaching because every session brings some sort of „miracle” in other words AHA-moments to the Client. To be part of it is magic to me. If somebody decides to dive into the exceptional world of coaching, he/she will experience the accelerator effect of it. It is simply easier and faster to achieve goals through a dedicated external support.

My personality has been shaped to a great extend by the world of sport acrobatics. In my childhood, for a while, I belonged to the national team and since 2010 I have been active again and together with my team we are proud of being the winner of the European Championship of the Acrobatics and Dance competition in the field of „Performance Across generations”. This sport has been a great teacher to me showing the way how to work in a team with endurance, fun and care. I also like to dance, practising the piano, and enjoying different kind of concerts. My main „hobbies” are my kids and family, that colour my life in different ways.

My philosophy as helper is „Edutainement” which means combining Education and Entertainment. I believe that in a personal development two aches are needed. We need to have fun besides learning. This approach comes from LEGO where I worked in marketing/sales/brand management before I became a coach. Besides that every minute that a Client spends with me should be valuable for him/her and he/she should be able to collect Memorable Insights. That is my guiding star.

Dandelions that you can see in my coaching and training logo play an important role in my profession. I believe that nature is wonderful. We all can „fly” like the little flowers of a dandelion but sometimes we struggle to succeed. Sometimes we go through difficult phases in our lifes. Sometimes we experience challenges at our workplace or in private life or in some cases in both of them. I believe that with a temporary help from outside, for example with a coach, all of us can achieve most of our dreams and we can fly again. Without additional support. My passion is to help. To help others to fly again. With passion, creativity and empathy.
